    Through October 31, 2026: No minimum spend on any night. From November 1: $200 food & beverage minimum per igloo on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (from 4 PM). Weeknights & Indoor Dining: Never a minimum spend.

  • How do I book an igloo dining reservation?

    Reservations for our igloo dining experience are available online only at http://txtc.cc/pietros.

    If you have any issues or do not have access to a computer, please call us during non-peak hours at (516) 794-8820, and a manager will assist you with the booking.

  • Is there a minimum spend requirement?

    Yes, during select times of the year (including holidays and certain peak weekends)

    We require a $200 minimum spend for igloo reservations on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Currently, no minimum is required outside of these specified dates and times.

  • What is the time limit for igloo reservations?

    To ensure all guests enjoy the experience: Parties of 3 or fewer: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Parties of 4 or more: 2 hours

    Time limits will be strictly enforced to accommodate all reservations.

  • What is the size of the Igloo?

    Each 12-foot round igloo comfortably seats 8 people (though 10-12 can fit with a little less elbow room)

    There is no set package. You may order anything off our full menu to enjoy during your igloo experience.

  • Are igloos available year-round?

    Yes. Our igloos are available all year long, offering a unique dining experience in every season.

    They are available seven days a week from open to close for lunch and dinner.

  • I need to pay a deposit to secure my reservation?

    For most guests, no deposit is required.

    However, if you have previously no-showed or canceled last minute, a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

  • Are there any age restrictions for igloo dining?

    Children are welcome in the igloos. Adult supervision is required to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

  • Are pets allowed in the igloos?

    No, pets are not permitted in the igloos.

  • Is smoking or vaping allowed in the igloos?

    No. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the igloos.

  • What I do if I need to cancel my reservation?

    Please cancel or reschedule your reservation online or by calling us at least 24 hours in advance.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are subject to a $250 fee, igloos are reserved exclusively for you. Failure to provide notice may affect future booking eligibility.
